Hey, I’m glad you’re here. I don’t have a lot of time but I want to give you a few tips on how to improve your life. Have you ever wondered why it seems like you’re stuck in the same spot? It’s like you know what you should be doing, but for some reason, you can’t do it? You resist change. The secret lies in your daily routine. In order, for things to change, you must change your routine that you do every day. You must interrupt the pattern. If you do the same things every day and expect things to change, that’s insanity. I know that's hard to accept but it's true.

Now listen to what I'm about to say.

Your mind is stuck, like a 16-wheeler truck, that’s stuck in the mud. You can’t move it yourself. You need an outside force, maybe a tow truck or a crane who knows but you need something other than yourself to move it.

There’s a scientific law called inertia. It can work for you or against you like the law of gravity.

Inertia is the tendency of a body to resist acceleration; the tendency of a body at rest to remain at rest or of a body in motion to stay in motion in a straight line unless acted on by an outside force. Resistance or disinclination to motion, action, or change.

You need help from an outside force to get you going, to get you in motion; something that will create momentum. Once an object is in motion, it’s like a juggernaut; it tends to stay in motion and is hard to stop. What you need is an external force to unlock your mind—that could come in the form of books, seminars, videos, coaches, motivational speakers, TED TALKS. etc.,

Add something new to your daily routine; interrupt the pattern and make inertia work for you instead of against you.

Onward through the fog. ;) I heard a voice that said Find me. I replied, Show me how.

If you're interested in learning how to gain more followers, then grab a copy of my best-seller, How To Gain 100,000 Twitter Followers. You’ll see how I used momentum to go from 2,000 followers to over 340,000 followers in 2 years and how I gain over 500-1,000 followers a day. If I can do it, you can too.
