He refused to pay. I got the call. I wrote the story. "Provocative, Romantic, Shocking, and Scandalous." Have you ever thought about it? What makes a good love story? Romance. Real-life drama. Love affair. Heart-throbbing sex. Suspense. And a dose of erotica to keep your juices flowing. Well, that's what I found in Harry's Love Letters Hacked!: A Novel Let me tell you the story behind these letters and how I turned them into an "Epic" love story. COPYRIGHT ©2016 by M LeMont I first laid eyes on Harry's love letters when my attorney called and said he had a friend that was hacked. And the hacker blackmailed him to keep the letters from being published and ruining his reputation. My attorney said that his friend is not one you can easily push around, so he decided to release the letters himself, and I might be interested in writing the story? He was circumspect, not willing to say anything about the letters. My initial reaction was, "Hell no!" I don't have time to read any f*%!ing memoirs, journals, letters, or whatever you want to call them. I'm too busy. I get offers like this all the time. But since he's my attorney, I spared him any contemptuous rudeness. Instead, I was polite and told him that romance & dating were a hot platform, and I would be anxious to see what I could do with the information...if anything. After all, my attorney has read three of my novels; his client, Harry, has read one. Jeff made me swear on a stack of bibles: if I decide not to write the story that I must never disclose to anyone about the love affair. Harry Stevenson is a famous author–Ann Wilder, a well-known ghostwriter and married to a renowned architect. All right, that's fair. I understand the situation is delicate, and both have a lot to lose. I'll never say a word; that's how I roll anyway. The fact that Ann Wilder is a married woman intrigued me. I read the first few pages. I read some more. I kept reading. I began to see images– pictures in my mind of a love story unfolding. My eyes were glued to the pages. I was ravished in pure unadulterated–ecstasy, joy, love, and pain of an online romance. I've never read anything so passionate–so real in my life–as perfect as a teardrop. It evokes a keen sense of hope, sadness, and reality. I sent an email with the subject line...' I'm all in!' I'd love to write the story or at least try. Their decision to make this information public, I'm sure, wasn't an easy one. In a world where celebrity and political sex scandals run rampant, they both felt it was better for them to tell the story than to be blackmailed. I believe that, and even more so, since I've written the book, they are 100% correct. This book is a gift to women who are unhappy and stuck in a boring, unaffectionate, and non–romantic relationship or marriage and who have lost touch with reality of what true love really is. It's also a wake-up call to MEN everywhere– get your act together; there is always another man who wants your woman more than you. This book captures the true essence of innocence, happiness, love, passion, and erotica between a man and a married woman who met online and have never seen each other's faces or even talked on the phone. The events are chronologically arranged so that you can feel the natural development of the story and intimacy. I want it to be an 'experience,' not just a book. The same experience they had!!! If you approach reading this book with a gentle heart and are not so quick to pass judgment, you'll understand the love story between Harry Stevenson and Ann Wilder. For what does it profit a man or woman to gain the whole world and never experience the love and oneness of their soul mate? I'm convinced that true love comes around only once in a lifetime. And when it comes, you have to be ready. Happiness requires all your energy to make some hard decisions and personal sacrifices. I am thankful to have the opportunity to write this story. Social media is Twitter, and Twitter is social media. When faced with challenges, the weak retreat, but you must stay strong. Imagine Twitter was your business, and you invested $44 billion. Would you quit? Of course not. Well, maybe you would if enough people told you that you suck and you can’t do it, and down the toilet goes your money. But guess what? Twitter is your business. You are using it to promote something: yourself, ideas, products, services, books, etc. So, you should run it like a business, and one day, it might reward you like a business. If you want to change your name, go ahead, or change the direction you want your company to go in—then that's your business. Stop complaining and focus on growing your Twitter business and taking advantage of opportunities that exist. Find a way. Change is good. It disrupts and gets rid of the excess and makes you see things differently. If there was ever a time to grow your Twitter account, it's now. So therefore, I say to you: This is your chance to shine, to make your mark, and to be part of something revolutionary.” In the old Twitter, the owners got to a point where they were afraid of taking chances. Now, you find yourself in the middle of a company that is making bold moves, and you can position yourself to succeed. But like everything else, if you want to play the game, you have to know the rules. Landmines are everywhere, and just like every tech company, Twitter is run and governed by algorithms. Anyway, I can't tell you how to run your taco stand. I can only tell you how I run mine. 1. Hacker Alert!!! Beware of the latest hack. The hacker sends a direct message with a link to Instagram with your name and a question mark at the end. If you click on the link, the hacker will take over your account and send the same message to your followers (unbeknownst to you), hacking them and taking over their accounts, and repeating the process. If you've clicked on a suspicious DM Instagram link with a question mark (?), change your password immediately, log off, and log back on. 2.When following, don’t click too fast between accounts. The system (algorithm) monitors click activity, looking for patterns, unusual activity, and bot farms. Vet each account before following. This will slow down your click speed and reduce the likelihood of appearing like a bot. Use my secret criteria: 500 Tweets/500 Followers/1 day since last activity. Make no exceptions. Let the criteria make the decision for you. This keeps your account clean of bots and inactive accounts and aligned with the system. It will also prevent losing a lot of accounts from the Twitter purge. Are you constantly in Twitter jail and can only follow ten accounts an hour? Solution: Follow accounts in small waves, not exceeding 30 minutes of following time in one session. Use a timer and set it for 30 minutes. Wait an hour and repeat. In a few weeks, your follow limit will increase. Every account is unique and has its own unique ratio. Never exceed the following limit of 400 in a rolling 24 hours. Never unfollow accounts and follow accounts on the same day. It can lead to lockouts and 3-day suspensions. Don’t create or click on (decks) lift lists; don’t retweet them, even if your name is listed. This can lead to temporary or permanent suspensions. If you create videos, don’t use copyrighted songs unless you have permission, as it will lead to immediate permanent suspension. Don’t like everything; too many likes in excess can make the system think you have conspired with other people to manipulate and amplify accounts, which can lead to 3-day, restricted features, or permanent suspension. Don’t engage in negative or toxic conversations. Don’t write excessive Quote Comments on top of other tweets. This can lead to restriction of features and 3-day suspensions if there are too many complaints. If you have another account, do not tweet duplicate content. This can lead to restricted or shadow-banned features, and nobody will see your tweets or find you in the search engine. Check your account every day. The system performs random checks to make sure you're not a bot, usually around 1:30 am CST. Know your Twitter password and keep your email updated. You'll need to respond in 24 hours, or the system will take your account down. If you are busy during the week, you can use the weekend schedule. Follow on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Unfollow on Wednesday and Thursday. Consistency is key. Don’t follow celebrity accounts. They rarely follow back, which messes up your following-to-followers ratio and limits how many people you can follow. Don’t follow people with lopsided following-to-followers ratios greater than 50%. Most of them will not follow back. And don't follow people who have hit the dreaded 5001 mark because their following-to-follower ratios are out of order, and they can't follow back. If you are not seeing your followers' tweets, check and make sure you or the system didn’t inadvertently mute their account. A few years ago, I discovered the system had muted over 40,000 of my accounts. If you get permanently suspended, check your email. Don't panic. Write an appeal quickly. After reading this story you'll know the crucial facts your doctor forgot to tell you about Gluten. Tonight was the last time that I would see my friend, Al Johnson alive as his organs began to shut down–one by one. The doctor said, it could take several hours or days once the process begins–it's already been 24 hours and he's in excruciating pain. I found out that the Morphine drip wasn't to keep the patient comfortable in the final days or hours–but it was to keep their screams from disturbing the nursing staff. What a horrible thing to find out. Al is dying from Ascites, the accumulation of fluid in the peritoneal cavity, causing abdominal swelling and makes it difficult to breathe. His stomach is about the size of two basketballs. It is commonly called a Beer Belly, but it really is a Wheat Belly from eating and drinking too much of the ingredient Gluten. Al drank a pint of Jack Daniels and two six packs of beer each night while smoking weed and listening to music until he passed out. The next morning he'd get up, vomit, shower and walk to work. That has been his routine for the last ten years that I've known him. He freely admits that kind of lifestyle is not good, but you have to die from something–pick your poison. So here we are–the day of reckoning. Al Johnson was pronounced dead at 6:05pm, March 2013. Someone from the hospital called to come and identify the body. He had listed me as an emergency contact and had no family or friends. His body was turned over to the State. There would be no funeral. HarrisCounty buried him six feet down–and no mourners came around. It's because of Al Johnson that I took an interest into learning more about Gluten and how it affected the body. In 2014, a health blogger started a petition to get Anheuser-Busch to reveal the ingredients in their Budweiser and Bud Light beers. After gathering over 44,000 signatures, the company revealed the ingredients as: Water, Barley Malt, Rice, Yeast, Hops. A spokesperson for the company said they will disclose the ingredients of it's other beers–Beck’s, Michelob and Stella Artois—in the coming days. Now read those ingredients: Do you see the killer? It's right there–Yeast which is used in bread to make it rise–a form of Gluten. The purpose of this essay is to make you aware of what you consume. WHEN YOU ARE AWARE YOU HAVE OPTIONS. WHEN YOU ARE IGNORANT YOU HAVE NONE. As a child, my sisters and I used to make paper-mache projects for school with homemade glue. We would boil 5 cups of water–then take a bowl and mix 4 part flour & water until you get a gluey, sticky substance. I also remember growing up, and my favorite food was chicken and dumplings–my mother would cook it a least once a month. Later, I realized that our school projects and the chicken & dumplings–were the same– GLUTEN, that's been destroying our bodies. Here's What Gluten Does To Your Food. What is Gluten? At its core, Gluten is a protein waste and it comes from oats, wheat, barley, and numerous other grains. It is a toxin that food manufacturers use to change the appearance and texture of foods. For example, if something is stretchy or chewy, it will probably have some form of Gluten inside. As mentioned earlier, the problem with this is that it inflames and bloats the body, which can be painful. In terms of health problems, it has been directly linked with irritable bowel syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome as well as MS and many others. The USDA Certified Gold Seal Label Many people think that as long as it has the USDA certified gold seal on the label, it's safe but this isn't the case. In fact, products with this label are 100% whole grain, and contain high levels of Gluten which is the real danger; this renders the stamp of approval almost useless. Gluten is used to make our food taste better and provide texture. It's in almost all foods, including hamburgers, ice cream, donuts, pizza, cake, fried chicken, cereal, fried seafood, salad dressing, cookies, spaghetti sauces, crackers, bread, and soups, candy, gravy, gum, cereal, french fries, jelly, syrup, pancakes, barbeque, sodas, beer, milk shakes, etc. It's Not the Calories You Should be Counting it's the Gluten As you can see, it's included in just about everything that tastes good– crunchy or chewy. Gluten dominates most people's diet–breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try going one full day without eating food that contains Gluten and see how difficult it is. Obesity on the Rise There are more people overweight and bloated than ever before, that includes children under 6 years old. For many years, we have been blaming the sky-rocketing obesity levels on the burgers but as it turns out, this isn't even the main offender. The huge buns and large portions of fries are actually more dangerous; McDonald's fries are cooked in natural beef flavorings that contain Gluten. This obviously gives it a nice taste, but it also ramps up the level of Gluten in your meal; the same is true for their hash browns. If we eat portions similar to fifty years ago, this wouldn't be a problem but we are increasing the size of our plate too. This, coupled with the ingredients, is having a double effect and putting many people at risk for other diseases. This doesn't mean that you should never have fast food because there are occasions where you want to treat yourself or simply don’t have the time to cook. If you do want a fast food meal, choose to eat the burger alone with no fries or eat the meat without the buns and smaller portion sizes. Sadly, Gluten isn't visible and it isn't a general rule that all sticky and chewy foods are using the ingredient. Therefore, the best way to identify Gluten in what you're about to eat is to check the label. In the ingredients, you will see things like soybean oil, wheat, flour, and you may even see Gluten itself. One thing that doesn't help this growing problem is the lack of restrictions of food manufacturers; somehow, food producers often get away with disguising Gluten with such names as caking agent, silica, buckwheat flour, soy, wheat, yeast, coca powder, malted barley, malt flavoring, malt syrup, baking soda, etc. If you want to truly prevent any problems with your health, all it takes is a simple look at the ingredients. Don’t just look at products you know will have Gluten, look at absolutely everything because cosmetic products, baking sprays, shampoos, and cranberries all contain the Gluten. I know, it's scary. Swelling of the intestines If you consume a three-meal a day diet and they all have Gluten, over time this can lead to a number of health issues. Not only does Gluten cause swelling of the intestines, but it can also cause general tiredness. Furthermore, you could also develop Gluten sensitivity, cancer, MS, heart disease, gut inflammation, irritable bowel syndrome, or other chronic diseases. Ultimately, you know your body best and can detect any problems long before a doctor so always listen to what your body is saying. If you receive any warnings, don’t just ignore them and carry on with what you’re doing. It is always better to be safe than to be sorry. Symptoms of Gluten Intolerance If you start to experience any of the following, try and eat Gluten free for a week. If the symptoms go away but come back again as soon as you resume your normal diet, you will know what the problem is. Some of the main symptoms include; weight gain, arthritis, heartburn, abdominal pain, depression, constipation, aching joints, bloating internally and externally, nutritional deficiencies, fat in the stool, eczema, headaches, poor digestion, exhaustion, hemorrhoids, and more. Of course, it may not be a problem if one of these occurs infrequently. For example, one headache out of the blue doesn't necessarily mean you're Gluten intolerant or have Celiac disease. But you can detect Gluten's presence long before your doctor because he's not looking for it. Most doctors will misdiagnose the symptoms and treat you for something else–when all you had to do was reduce or eliminate Gluten. According to Mark Hyman, M.D., eating a nice wholesome slice of wheat bread could kill you. It's Gluten– a protein that's found in wheat, barley, rye, and oats and is hidden in most process foods. And the worse part is 99% of the time the doctors will prescribe your ill health to something else. Gluten masquerades as dozens of other diseases with different names. Now did that get your attention? If so, let's delve a little deeper. Next, get into the habit of introducing Gluten-free foods to your diet. If you aren't willing to change your diet or buy Gluten-free foods, why not cut down on your portion sizes? Eating out can often be the hardest part of keeping a diet but this doesn't mean you should give up completely. When dining out, ask to see the restaurant’s Gluten-free menu or specific meals. Finally, sticking to a low-Gluten diet 24/7 may be tricky so you could always introduce specific days by which you eat 100% Gluten-free foods or a designated time when you eat no bread.
