I Make My Own Luck

*

Do you? Are you sure about that?

Life is lucky.

You’re lucky you found the tweet and clicked on it which led you to read this blog post.

Now, what are you going to do with it?

Let’s first talk about The Law of Averages. It can be a useful tool for decision-making.

Jim Rohn said, “If you know the average outcome of a particular action, you can use that information to make informed choices. If you do something often enough, a ratio will appear. Once it starts, it tends to continue.”

This is valuable information! You can use this to predict outcomes of anything from marketing, business, or gaining Twitter followers.

For example, The average of a coin landing on heads is 50%. This is because, in a fair coin flip, the probability of getting heads is equal to the probability of getting tails, which is 1/2 or 50%.

This means that over a large number of coin flips if you keep track of the number of heads and the number of tails, you would expect that the ratio of heads to the total number of flips would be close to 50%.

However, in any individual coin flip, the result is random and could be heads or tails. It's important to note that just because the average is 50% doesn't guarantee that you'll get heads exactly 50% of the time in a particular set of coin flips.

There may be instances where you get heads more frequently or less frequently than the average, but over a large enough sample size, the ratio of heads to the total number of flips should approach the average of 50%.

If you’re making sales presentations if you talk to 10 you’ll get 1. Talk to 10 more, get 1, and so on.

If you’re following people on Twitter you can predict follow-back percentages if you follow 100 in certain categories you’ll get 30. Follow 100 more, get 30, and so on.

The same is true in Social Media Marketing (conversion rate) and of course, the higher that closing ratio is the more successful your ad is performing or so.

We also know that a person has to see your tweets on average 7-8 times before they are interested in your product or service.

The law of averages can give you a general idea of what to expect, but it's not a guarantee of anything.

Now let’s turn to Life is Lucky.

There are four types of luck.

The first type is passive luck, which is luck that just seems to happen to us. This could be anything from winning a prize in a raffle to getting a job through a random connection.

Passive luck is often beyond our control, and it can be either good or bad.

The second type of luck is active luck, which is luck that we create through our own actions. For example, if you put in the hard work to become a skilled musician, you increase your chances of being discovered and making it big.

Active luck is all about putting yourself in the right place at the right time and taking advantage of opportunities when they present themselves.

The third type of luck is that of association, which is derived from relationships with the right individuals. For instance, being friends with someone who has significant connections in the entertainment industry could bring you success simply by being part of the same social group. The key to luck by association is to establish connections and surround yourself with the right people.

The last type of luck is "Attitude Luck," which originates from possessing a favorable outlook. This kind of luck involves perceiving the world optimistically and recognizing chances where others only see obstacles. A proactive mindset will increase your chances of drawing positive experiences into your life.

So, what does all of this mean for you? Well, first of all, it's important to remember that luck is just one factor that affects the outcomes of our lives.

There are many other factors, such as skill, hard work, and determination, that also play a role. But if you want to increase your luck, the key is to focus on the types of luck that you can control, such as active luck and luck by attitude use the Law of Averages and know that adversity is your friend because the greatest lessons are from adversity and law of averages says that you are closer to something good happening or the coin is closer of landing on heads.

If you're looking to create more active luck, focus on putting yourself in the right place at the right time.

In conclusion, both Jim Rohn's Law of Averages and James Austin's 4 types of Luck highlight the importance of taking control of your life and being proactive in your approach to opportunities and success.

Whether you are looking to maximize chance opportunities, follow your hunches or ideas, expect good fortune, or turn bad luck into good, you have the power to shape your luck and create a positive and fulfilling life. So, embrace your individuality, seek out new experiences, take calculated risks, and surround yourself with positive individuals, and you will be well on your way to creating your own luck and achieving success.

Limited Time Offer: I'm offering my Masterclass 30-day FREE Trial to introduce the RTL follow strategy. This strategy is specifically designed for serious-minded individuals who want to build a successful Twitter platform of 100,000 Twitter Followers. In just a few targeted follow sessions every day, you will become an expert and gain followers like never before.

The strategy revolves around strategically following accounts of retweeters, but rest assured, these are not your ordinary retweeters. Through rigorous testing and proprietary techniques, we have meticulously selected them from high-performing categories with the highest follow-back percentages.

Here's how it works: During the 30-day Free Trial, I will send primetime tweets for you to vet and follow the people who have retweeted them. Yes, you heard it right - vet and follow those who have retweeted the tweets. To begin, click on 'retweets,' which will display a list of everyone who has retweeted the tweet within the last 24 hours. These retweeters are the accounts you should follow if they meet my rigorous criteria.

Moreover, the tweets are focused on highly selective categories in the US and UK, as these categories have consistently shown the highest success rates for follow-backs, ranging from 50% to 85% of the time. By targeting these categories, you can maximize your chances of gaining new followers. Additionally, leveraging different time zones will allow you to optimize engagement, as retweeters are more likely to follow back, particularly when they have been recently active online.

The key to the success of this strategy is to access the tweets while they are still fresh, and the retweeters are actively using Twitter. By being prompt in vetting and following them, you can position yourself at the top of their follow-backs and greatly increase your chances of gaining new followers.
